Jeremy made Belleville home for 4 years while working as the Head of Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Belleville Senators Hockey club. Jeremy has become a leader in high-performance training and development for athletes within the community, nationally, and across the border. Jeremy believes in all athletes having creativity and detail to their craft while encouraging them to have a well-rounded approach by investing in their many “buckets”.
