Born and raised in Montreal, Jon grew up playing multiple sports competitively. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy and his Masters of Health Science in Rehabilitation Sciences. He is a Certified Athletic Therapist, strength & conditioning coach, and reconditioning specialist with 14 years of professional hockey experience (Montreal Canadiens, Hamilton Bulldogs and Toronto Maple Leafs). Jon now calls Belleville home with his wife, Samantha, and dog, Ziggy. He is passionate about working within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team and applying his knowledge to help develop athletes and give back to the community.
